Beth Walker

I have been passionate about hair all my life.Growing up I would practice on my friends and nieces.   I went to the Albany College of Beauty before I started working for Scruples, traveling to salons where I would train their stylists. Scruples enabled me to prep hair for platform artists and at hair shows.  They even sent me to their training center in Minneapolis.  That was a great experience.  I worked for L’anza at the International Beauty show in Seattle, and traveled to shows in New York.  I’ve earned my certificate in Pro Rituals Hair Coloring and Cuttery, attended training in keratherapy treatment, Leyton House Color, and many, many other classes and shows.  Some of my all time favorites were with Don Dutro, educator of the Vidal Sassoon cutting techniques.

I’ve owned La Belle since 2009, I’m on the promotions committee for the Albany Downtown Association and well as a board member for the Albany Visitors Association.  In my personal life I enjoy time with my friends, my husband, our children and grandchildren.

Myranda Kraft-Branther

I’m from Spokane Washington, but the valley has definitely become my home. I graduated from West Albany High school in 2010, I am married to my high school sweetheart and we have twin boys.  I attended Phagen‘s Cosmetology College in Corvallis where I completed 2400 hours in hair design, nail technology and esthetics.  I am a fully licensed cosmetologist in the beauty industry since 2013.  I specialize in women’s cuts, colors and formal up-dos, as well as corn rows (braids), natural nails, pedicures and facial waxing.

Shannon Kearns-Layman

I was born and raised in Albany.  After a year and a half in college I decided to follow my mom’s career choice and attend cosmetology school. My passion is in hair.  I purchased my mother's salon and ran it for several years before deciding that I was more interested in hair than I was in business.  I am very happy at La Belle Boutique.  It gives me time to focus all my energy on my clients and make their experience at La Belle a great one.  I have worked in this industry my entire life, and I continue my education constantly to stay up-to-date with new products and the latest trends.  I love what I do and feel blessed to be working at La Belle,  Call and make an appointment, I would love to help you with your beauty needs.

I have been doing hair for 30 years.  Twenty years in San Diego, and the last 10 in Albany, and I still love it.  I specialize in color treatments and hair cutting.  I use Leyton House for color, and continue to take classes to keep me up to date with modern styles.  I carry Neuma hair care products, they are natural plant base, organic and sulphate free. I love to meet new people.  Call me directly for an appointment, 541-908-2020.  I'm new to La Belle - and I'm loving it!
